Sharia Financing Marketing Strategy in The Framework Of Spin-Off Preparations at Bank “P”

This research is expected to be able to see and analyze the types of strategies currently being implemented by the Sharia Business Unit of Bank "P" in preparation for the spin-off in accordance with applicable regulations. This research used a mixed methods approach, complemented by descriptive analysis. The method chosen is a SWOT analysis to determine internal and external factors and their importance by determining the IE Matrix test. By examining the position in the IE and SWOT matrix quadrants, the following are identified: (1) the company's position and its ability to compete, (2) strength, (3) weakness, (4) opportunity, and (5) threats. As a result, several alternative strategies were obtained that could be implemented by UUS (Sharia business unit) Bank "P", namely (1) establishing cooperation and partnerships with other Sharia financial institutions or non-bank financial institutions; (2) creating a diversified sharia product portfolio; (3) expand its customer base by introducing products and services; (4) improving the quality of human resources; (5) Investment in technology infrastructure.

Suitability of The Implementation of Halal Tourism Principles at Sobo Kali Magelang Tourism: A Review of Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016

Halal tourism in Indonesia is currently a phenomenon that has become a trend as a superior economic potential and state revenue. This is reinforced by the number of provinces that have implemented halal tourism programs with an increasing number of tourists from all over the world. However, the facts in the field are still a lot of halal tourism that has not met the quality standards in Islamic law. The purpose of this study is to determine appropriateness of the implementation of halal tourism at Sobo Kali Magelang Tourism in review of fatwa DSN-MUI No.108/DSN-MUI/X/2016. This research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interniew, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Sobokali halal tourism is in accordance with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 180/DSN-MUI/X/2016 not yet maximized, which is caused by several aspects that result in not achieving the application of the principles of shariah as a whole. These aspects include, first, the absence of Sharia Financial Institution services in managing business results. Second, the standardization of food and beverages for Sobokali tourism has not yet received Halal Certification from DSN-MUI.

Customer's Decision to Open a Bank Account Using Mobile Banking Application: Case In The Muamalat Digital Islamic Network (MDIN)

<p><em>As digital technology based on the Internet of Things (IOT) develops, it should be able to increase banking access (inclusivity) for customers and attract the interest of potential customers. Banking digitalization is currently much more developed than just transaction features but also includes a savings account opening system. Bank Muamalat Indonesia is one of the sharia banks that participates in the development of digital technology by presenting a mobile banking application called MDIN or Muamalat Digital Islamic Network. Digitalization of sharia banking should provide convenience and attract the interest of potential customers, considering that the market share of sharia financial institutions in Indonesia is still low. This research aims to determine customer preferences for opening a savings account via MDIN.</em><em> </em><em>This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The objects of research include customer preferences in using MDIN digital banking. The subjects of this research are customers who open savings accounts through MDIN. The research results show that customer preferences in using MDIN as an option for opening a savings account are based on several factors such as social factors, ease of service, benefits and personal factors. Social and personal factors are the most dominant factors in customer</em><em>’</em><em> decision making to open a savings account through MDIN digital banking.</em></p>

Penerapan ISAK 35 terhadap Laporan Keuangan Masjid Studi Kasus di Masjid An Nuur Tulungagung

This research aims to analyze the application of ISAK 35 to the financial reports of the An Nuur Mosque in Tulungagung. ISAK 35, as part of sharia-based Financial Accounting Standards, has the aim of ensuring compliance with sharia accounting practices in the management of funds and assets. The An Nuur Mosque was chosen as a case study because of its central role in providing religious and social services in the Tulungagung community. This research involves an in-depth analysis of the An Nuur Mosque's financial reports, focusing on elements related to ISAK 35, such as recording sharia-based transactions, separating amil and zakat funds, as well as disclosing information in accordance with sharia principles. The case study method is used to understand the implementation of ISAK 35 in a practical context and gain a holistic understanding of mosque financial management. The research results are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the extent to which the An Nuur Mosque has complied with ISAK 35 and its impact on transparency, accountability and public trust. The implications of this research can also provide insight for financial managers of mosques and sharia financial institutions to increase efficiency and compliance in managing religious funds. Through this research, it is hoped that practical recommendations will emerge to improve the application of ISAK 35 in mosque financial reports, with the ultimate aim of strengthening the financial integrity and sustainability of mosques as religious institutions. Thus, this research makes a positive contribution to the development of sharia accounting practices in the context of mosque finances in Indonesia

Penerapan Mudharabah Pada Lembaga Keuangan Syariah

The problems examined in this study are related to implementation Mudharabah according to Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (KHES) and mekanism Mudharabah in Bank Syari’ah Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative research that builds meaning based on data obtained from the field. The procedure for this qualitative research is processing data which will later produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people and behavior that can be observed. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by giving meaning to the data that has been collected, then from this data a conclusion is drawn. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of mu??rabah in Sharia financial institutions, namely Bank Syari’ah Indonesia has fulfilled and is in accordance with Islamic law and what is contained in it Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (KHES). On BSI implementation of the contract Mudharabah only on collecting funds from customers, namely savings Mudharabah and deposit Mudharabah in the distribution of funds are not used. This is due to the large risks that will be accepted by bank BSI who must bear all losses experienced by customers as capital managers. Then the profit sharing or ratio received must be based on an agreement between both parties and will be received every month and within a predetermined time period.

Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Kepercayaan Masyarakat Terhadap Lembaga Keuangan Syariah: Studi Kasus Masyarakat Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Selatan

The development of Information Technology should make companies grow more rapidly, including Sharia Financial Institutions, both in terms of receiving and distributing funds, but in reality we can see that Islamic financial institutions still tend to be less developed than conventional financial institutions, this is caused by many factors, and Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out whether human resources in Islamic financial institutions, namely employees and the products offered, can influence the level of public trust in Islamic financial institutions, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative using a questionnaire as a data collection method which is then tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that human resources or employees from Islamic Financial Institutions have a positive influence with a significant value of 0.000, while the products offered influence Islamic financial institutions with a significant value of 0.000, while simultaneously the two independent variables have a positive influence with a significance value of 0.000.

Communication Process in Implementing Qanun Number 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions and Mergers of Indonesian Sharia Banks

In implementing Sharia banking in Indonesia, especially in Aceh, several obstacles have emerged, such as the low level of public financial literacy, the conventional bank conversion process, supervision and regulation, changes in corporate culture, and uniformity and harmonization of Sharia banking regulations. This research aims to examine and understand the communication process in the implementation of Qanun No. 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions and the merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out in-depth and involved various sources of information, including observations, interviews, audiovisual materials, and related documents and reports. The research results highlight the importance of effective communication in dealing with change within an organization or company. Converting a conventional bank to a Sharia bank in Aceh requires a persuasive approach and efforts to create a conducive internal climate, while the Bank Syariah Indonesia merger process shows the importance of thorough communication preparation and an effective branding strategy. Establishing a new organizational structure requires the use of methods such as chair-sharing meetings and performance-based assessments. Adopting a new corporate culture, "BSI One Culture," shows how important continuous efforts are in facilitating employee adaptation and minimizing obstacles that arise. By focusing on open, strategic, and persuasive communication, Bank Syariah Indonesia successfully completed the conversion and merger process, creating operational continuity and a new corporate culture in Aceh.

AKAD MURABAHAH AND IJARAH AND THEIR APPLICATION IN ISLAMIC FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

The increase in people's needs is hampered by busyness and inability to meet their needs so that people need alternatives to help them fulfill their needs. Sharia Financial Institutions (LKS) have emerged as an alternative for people to meet their needs. The main product that LKS offers to the public is murabahah because there is little risk in its application. However, the murabahah application has caused a lot of criticism among the public. Islamic banks are often referred to as "murabahah banks" because murabahah and ijarah dominate and modifications to the murabahah and ijarah applications are considered the same as transactions at conventional banks. This study is a literature review with deductive analysis, namely the author analyzes from general to specific so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of this research conclude that the murabahah application in sharia banking makes sharia banks as fund providers, not sellers. The murabahah and ijarah contracts in classical jurisprudence have also undergone many modifications. These modifications to the murabahah and ijarah contracts have given rise to criticism among the public. Modifications to the murabahah contract include the murabahah contract which binds the customer before the bank has the goods the customer wants, giving rise to bai' ma'dum, murabahah lil amri bi al-syira' which is considered haram by some scholars because it is a loophole for usury, and murabahah bil wakalah which is legally permissible.

Relevansi Strategi Manajemen Risiko Pembiayaan dalam Konteks Perbankan Syariah

Financing risk management in Islamic banking is a crucial aspect related to the identification, measurement, control and monitoring of risks that may arise in financing provided by Islamic financial institutions. challenges faced by sharia financial institutions in managing financing risks. One of them is risks related to financing that arise due to the complexity of transactions and fluctuating economic conditions. This research aims to analyze the types of sharia business risks, sharia business models, measurement processes and monitoring processes of financing risk management in sharia banking. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. A qualitative approach is used in this research because this study aims to describe and understand the complexity of financing risk management strategies in Islamic banking. The results of this research show that in sharia business risk management, there are several categories of business risk, including financing risk, market risk, liquidity risk and operational risk. Financing risk focuses on the customer's capability to repay the financing provided by sharia financial institutions. Sharia business models include a variety of business strategies rooted in Islamic sharia principles, such as fairness, honesty and impartiality. These sharia business models include manufacturing, distributors, retail, franchising, sharia banking, and sharia microfinance, each of which emphasizes products and services that comply with applicable sharia principles.

PERAN AGAMA DALAM MEMBANGUN JIWA NASIONALISME SERTA EDUKASI LEMBAGA KEUANGAN SYARIAH DI ERA DIGITAL PADA MASYARAKAT

Social Work Lectures (KKS) are a concrete manifestation of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely the service aspect. The theme of the Social Work Lecture (KKS) that the author uses is religious teaching and education about sharia financial institutions with program targets for RA Darul Fallah and TPQ An-Najah students, MI Nurut Taqwa, as well as the community in the student's neighborhood. The author designed several special programs related to the KKS theme. It is hoped that the programs that the author has designed can achieve the objectives of the chosen theme. The aim of this KKS activity is to strengthen and support the community's economy as well as improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education in Bojongrangkas Village in the form of community service by planning several collaborative activities between PAI, PBA and PS study programs in the form of Teaching FAI, Sharia Banking Socialization on Financial Planning, NOBAR (Watch together) about Islam with students, Blessed Friday Program, Competitions and Art Performances.

Mapping and Harmonizing Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions

Law No. 11/2006 on the Government of Aceh (Aceh Government Law) has mandated Aceh Qanun No. 11/2018 on ShariaFinancial Institutions. A thorough and integrated regulatory infrastructure must support the Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions. The Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions regulates that all Sharia Financial Institutions operating in Aceh must transition from the conventional to the Sharia system. However, in reality, many norms still need to be synchronised with national rules so that Sharia Financial Institutions do not run optimally. This study aims to map and harmonise legal issues and purification of Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions in the future. The method used is normative juridical with a qualitative approach and uses secondary data. The study found that first, the mapping of Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions still has articles that overlap and need to be more technical with the inclusion of the year that has passed. In addition, an article includes administrative sanctions that are not implemented. Then, there are ambiguous norms that cause multiple interpretations. Second, Qanun on Sharia Financial Institutions needs harmonisation with higher laws and regulations. In addition, several Governor and Regent Regulations and other technical rules are required to maximise the implementation. Third, purification is needed by revising articles that overlap with the rules above and harmonising them with national regulations in Islamic finance.

Determinants of Accounting Students' Career Interest in Becoming Sharia Auditors

The growing demand for skilled professionals in Sharia Financial Institutions (SFIs) has increased the need for individuals experienced in Sharia finance. Islamic principles application in SFIs has made significant changes that can impact the auditing process, necessitating a shift in the traditional audit objectives to align with Islamic principles. Career choice represents a pivotal decision-making process for college students, particularly those in the late stages of academic journey. Correspondingly, this research aimed to investigate the impact of financial rewards, job market considerations, work environment, professional training, Sharia accounting knowledge, and spirituality on accounting students' career interest in becoming Sharia auditors. The research population comprised accounting students from various Indonesian universities, with a sample size of 532 respondents. The purposive sampling technique administering Google Forms was employed for data collection. Subsequently, hypothesis testing was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings revealed that financial rewards and job market considerations did not impact accounting students' career interest in becoming Sharia auditors. On the other hand, work environment, professional training, Sharia accounting knowledge, and spirituality significantly positively impacted accounting students' career interest in becoming Sharia auditors. The present research distinguished itself from previous relevant works by providing a more specific analysis of the variables affecting the career preference of accounting students toward Sharia auditing. Additionally, the study expanded the population scope and sample representation by involving accounting students from various universities across Indonesia.

Interaction analysis of sharia financial institution assets, sharia investment and exports on gross domestic product in Indonesia

IntroductionIn macroeconomics, one of the key indicators influencing a country's economic success is its economic growth. An essential factor in determining a nation's economic growth is the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).ObjectivesThis research aims to analyze the level of interaction between Islamic financial institutions, Sharia investments, and export activities in Indonesia, examining their impact on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) over the short and long term, spanning the period 2017-2022.MethodThe study employs a quantitative research approach, specifically utilizing the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method.ResultsThe results of the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) reveal two significant variables in the long term. The causality test results indicate a significant relationship between Indonesian exports and Sharia investment. The Variance Decomposition analysis reveals that Sharia Financial Institution Assets contribute 2.7 percent, followed by Sharia Investment at 0.3 percent, and Indonesian Exports at 0.03 percent to the variation in GDP.ImplicationsThis suggests that Indonesian exports significantly impact Sharia investment, and vice versa. However, concerning Gross Domestic Product (GDP), none of the variables exhibit significance. The development of income across various institutions and economic activities in Indonesia indicates a significant increase in the last three years.Originality/NoveltyThese findings provide valuable insights into the economic dynamics of Indonesia, offering a basis for further research and policymaking.

Implementasi Fatwa DSN-MUI Tentang Murabahah pada Pembiayaan Dana Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) di Bank BRI Syariah KCP Parung-Bogor

This research aims to determine the procedures for financing KUR funds and determine the implementation of the DSN-MUI Fatwa regarding Murābaḥah in financing KUR funds and legal issues regarding its implementation at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Parung-Bogor. This research uses qualitative research. The data that supports this study comes from primary sources in the form of interviews with respondents and secondary material using a juridical-empirical approach. Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that sharia-based banking has been able to implement and realize its existence as a sharia financial institution (LKS) which adheres firmly to Islamic sharia law, especially in the practice of muamalah which has been determined by the Indonesian Ulema Council through its institution, namely the National Sharia Council

Influence of Emotional Marketing and Sharia Marketing on Consumer Decisions in Purchasing Waqf Policy Insurance Products (Case Study at PT Asuransi Syariah Keluarga Indonesia)

Abstract. The development of sharia economics and finance has experienced significant developments in recent years. This is marked by several main developments in the financial sector and sharia financial instruments, which are increasingly varied and diversifying to meet the diverse needs of the public or customers. One of the sharia financial institutions that is experiencing development is sharia insurance. The sharia insurance industry has become an integral part of modern society's lives. In the midst of the various choices of sharia insurance products, innovation in sharia insurance products combined with waqf instruments is one of the good things for the expansion of sharia financial instruments. Companies marketing waqf insurance policies face increasingly complex challenges to understand, reach, and win the hearts of consumers. The decision to purchase a waqf policy insurance product no longer only revolves around financial considerations but also includes emotional dimensions and deep religious values. This research aims to determine the influence of emotional marketing and sharia marketing on consumer decisions in purchasing policy waqf insurance products using the method used by researchers, namely associative research with a quantitative approach. This research used a sample of 40 respondents with 19 questionnaire statements. In this study, the model used uses a linear regression model involving more than one independent variable or predictor (multiple linear regression). This research shows that, partially or simultaneously, the emotional marketing and sharia marketing variables are stated to have a significant influence on consumer decisions in purchasing waqf insurance policies. This is obtained from the coefficient of determination value in the very strong category, which is between 0.80 and 1,000, with an adjusted R square result of 0.818, or around 81.8%, influencing consumer decisions and the remaining 18.2% being influenced by other variables outside of this research.

Implementation of Law Number 21 of 2008 Concerning Sharia Banking Against Sharia Financial Institutions

The role of Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking for Islamic financial institutions is very large. This is because Islamic financial institutions (LKS) currently have legal certainty to be able to carry out Islamic economic activities in Indonesia. The existence of the Sharia Banking Law provides an answer to the sustainability of the Islamic economy in Indonesia as a whole, including the activities of Islamic financial institutions in the form of banks and non-banks. According to the normative juridical point of view, the legal basis for sharia economic dispute resolution in Indonesia is Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning the Religious Courts and Law Number 4 of 2004 concerning Judicial Power as a form of upholding legal justice for the community in carrying out economic activities.

The Analysis of Murabahah bil Wakalah Agreements Implementation Consistency toward Sharia Financial Institutions in Indonesia

Murabahah bil wakalah is buying and selling using the wakalah system. In this buying and selling system, the seller represents his purchase to the customer, thus the first contract is a wakalah contract after the wakalah contract ends which is marked by the delivery of goods from the customer to the Sharia Financial Institution (LKS), then the institution provides a murabahah contract. The practice of murabahah bil wakalah financing in several LKS, namely at PNM Mekaar Syariah West Aceh Branch, Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majayala, KSPPS Istiqamah Padang Panjang, Bank DKI Head Office, and Bank Mualamalat Indonesia Malang Branch . This research is deemed necessary to formulate how the Murabahah bil wakalah agreement should be applied in financing so as not to violate the rules of muamalah fiqh. Meanwhile, this research method uses a normative juridical research type with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this research show that the murabahah financing practices in several LKS above do not meet the pillars and requirements of murabahah as stipulated in Islamic law. So it is doubtful that the sharia value of the contract carried out is formally something that is not fulfilled.

Reflection On The Roots Of Islamic Economics In The Era Of The Rasulullah SAW and Khulafaur Rasyidin.

Background. This article reflects the history of Islamic scholarship, especially in the field of economics, as a form of appreciation for Muslims, especially during the era of the Prophet Muhammad and Khulafaur Rashidin ra.Purpose. This study aimed to reflecting again on the history of Islamic economic thought is an important study, considering that research is still rare which reveals this, especially regarding the theme of the history of Islamic economic thought in two periods, namely the time of the Prophet Muhammad and the time of Khulafaur Rasyidin.Method. The method used is literature in the form of a literature review from relevant reference sources such as journals published by several previous researchers and several contemporary Islamic economic experts such as Adwarman Azwar Karim, Abdul Qayyum, Hasibuan, Havis Aravik and Fakhry Zamzam and others.Results. The findings indicate that, during the time of Rasulullah SAW and his companions the concept of sharia financial institutions was developed in the form of Al-Hisbah and Baitul Maal, followed by the caliphs who developed the concept of statehood and legislative system. All of these institutions exist to protect the interests and equalize the economy of the entire community. Likewise, in the economic system, people are taught moral principles in meeting their basic needs so as not to deviate from Islamic shariaConclusion. The conclusion shows that The contribution of Islamic economic thought to economic problems is enormous, and can even be felt to this day. The issue of how to live an economic life has been taught by Rasulullah Saw and his friends since 14 centuries ago, starting in the city of Medina. Metode RGEC dalam Perbandingan Tingkat Kesehatan LKMS di Indonesia Sebelum dan Semasa Pandemi Covid-19

The existence of a Sharia Financial Institution in recent years has become an alternative financial institution for society which is very important in advancing the real sector. This is because Sharia banks play a role in socializing the practice of profit sharing to avoid the practice of usury (interest). However, in 2019 - 2020 there was a virus that hit all countries in the world which caused the economy to decline. The corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic is still causing ongoing problems. Various sectors have also been affected by this outbreak, including Sharia Microfinance Institutions (IKMS). This research aims to test whether there are differences in the Health Level of Sharia Microfinance Institutions at KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat Tegal before and during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The population of this research is KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat. The research was tested using the independent sample t-test. The results of this research show that there are significant differences in NPL, LDR, ROA and CAR at KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. Meanwhile for GCG and NIM there are no significant differences at KSPPS BMT SM NU Kramat before and during the pandemic covid 19.
